Weekend Games - Please Provide Your Player's Availability

Subject:    Weekend Games - Please Provide Your Player's Availability

Dear Team:

We have games scheduled this Saturday (May 8) and Sunday (May 9) at 3:00 p.m. at Glover Field.  I would like to get meaningful batting practice and infield / outfield practice in before both games, so it is important for players to plan to be at the field promptly by 2:00 p.m. both games.  We are the home team in both games and are playing the White Plains A's on Saturday and the White Plains Mets on Sunday.

Please reply as soon as possible and let me know your player's availability for both games including whether your player will be late or will have to leave early.
